Turnaround

Turnaround starts when 50% of your order has been paid for and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, all shipping info, etc.). Delay in receipt of *any* of this info can/will result in production delays. Current turnaround time is 21-28 Business Days + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may/will increase turnaround.

Deposit

All new orders must have a 50% deposit at the time of order placement, unless the customer is on terms.

Example: Acme, Inc. emails DiGiorgio’s about placing a T-Shirt order. DiGiorgio’s sends Acme a Quote. Acme approves the quote and DiGiorgio’s sends an Invoice. Acme waits 3 weeks, then pays the deposit on the order. Once deposit is received, DiGiorgio’s places the order on the schedule.

Reorders

We love reorders, but we cannot give the same pricing if the specifications are changed from the previous order (quantity, colors, locations, garments, etc.) Even if specifications have not changed, reorders will be billed at current pricing, which may be higher than previous pricing.

Minimums

There is a 12 shirt minimum for screen printing, however, there is no minimum for embroidery, or Direct to Garment orders.

Artwork & Approval

Artwork will be billed at $40/hour with a $20 minimum. The minimum payment of $20 + tax must be paid for before receiving artwork. The $20 will be credited towards your order when it is placed. If art requires more than 30 minutes, art will be charged accordingly and will not be credited towards the order.

Pricing

DiGiorgio’s has the right to change pricing without notice. This does not include orders that have been placed.

Must-Have Dates

DiGiorgio’s will do everything we can to meet any must-have date, but we cannot guarantee it. Rush fees may apply. Customer may be responsible for any expedited shipping charges associated with the order.
